Peel Land has submitted plans for a 3.5m sq ft logistics and advanced manufacturing hub on land adjacent to Doncaster Sheffield Airport.The development will be delivered in phases and be fully occupied by 2025, creating 230 construction jobs during the £300m infrastructure and build programmePeel said the site has the potential to make a major contribution towards the growth ambitions of Doncaster and the wider Sheffield City Region.
