Northumbria Healthcare NHS foundation Trust are exploring potential options in relation to the delivery of pharmacy services and associated value adding services.
Following the recent PIN publication, ref 2018/S 157-360040, the Trust wishes to obtain further information from the market and has reopened the opportunity on the Proactis Portal (). Any organisation wishing to provide details of the type of service that they may be able to provide in respect of the requirement, and thereby assist in the development of the Trust’s market place knowledge, is invited to compete the market consultation questionnaire. The deadline for submission of the completed questionnaire via the portal, is 16:00 on Friday 2.11.2018.

Organisations are required to express an interest in the opportunity at and access the questionnaire via the Rfx stage. The completed questionnaire should be submitted via the portal as a response no later than 16:00 hours on 2.11.2018.
The Trust may decide to invite suppliers to an open day, where they have the opportunity to discuss their responses in further detail. It is envisaged this date will be Monday 12.11.2018 held at Northumbria House, Cobalt Business Park, NE27 0QJ.
