Reason for Award: The Air Commercial Team – part of the UK Ministry of Defence intends to award a new Contract to Advanced Survey Design LLC for the Provision of the Royal Air Force Safety Environment Enhancement Tool (RAFSEET). This Contract is anticipated to be for Three Years with two One Year Option Periods at total estimated value of £270,000 (excl VAT). It is considered that the Defence and Security Public Contracts Regulations (DSPCR) do not apply to this procurement as it is below the relevant threshold.

Advanced Survey Design LLC has unique and specific expertise in the relevant safety areas that the Royal Air Force requires and it is considered that no other economic operator would have the technical expertise to provide this requirement. Advanced Survey Design LLC hold the exclusive rights to the software required.
