Short description of the contract or purchase(s): The objective of this procurement is to secure an agreement between the Contracting Authority and Signs and Signage goods and service providers, which provides improved value for money against the consortium’s existing arrangements.
Lot 1 will be a supply only arrangement for ‘standard’ signage product.
Lot 2 will be regionally sub-divided and will be a one stop shop arrangement including wayfinding consultancy, design, supply, installation and maintenance of signage solutions.
NEUPC considers that this Contract Notice may be suitable for the attention of small or medium enterprises(SMEs). For the avoidance of doubt, no weight will be attached to whether or not an economic operator is an SME in assessing the most economically advantageous tender.
