Short description of the contract or purchase(s): Bedfordshire Police, Cambridgeshire Constabulary and Hertfordshire Constabulary are looking to streamline their structured cabling requirements into a Tri-Force contract with one supplier.
The purposes of streamlining these services into a single contract is to deliver a more cost efficient service to the three Forces.
The contract will provide ad hoc structured cabling services to meet the requirements of Bedfordshire Police, Cambridgeshire Constabulary and Hertforshire Constabulary.
The Authorities are looking to put a 4 year contract in place with a single contractor for the provision and maintenance of new and existing structured cabling systems that support voice, data and imaging applications within each Force(s) buildings and offices countywide.
