Description: The Awarding Authority invites proposals for undertaking a Training programme for Adult Social Care staff to enable the service to develop a strength and asset based approach in line with the Kingston Coordinated Care programme. There is a need to build on initial strength/asset based workshops with Adult Social Care staff to support staff to embed skills and knowledge within their every-day practice. The focus will be prevention, proactive care with strength based models of working focused on promoting and supporting independence, self-management and personalised choice. Proposals must be received by the Council through the Pro Contract e-tendering system by no later than midday on the 5 May 2017. Proposals may not be submitted by any other means
