4. Description: The awarding authority has been recruiting apprentices via a preferred apprenticeship provider since 2013, the contract for which has now expired. The awarding authority is committed to continuing to support the recruitment of apprentices and to expend our apprenticeship programme further. In advance of the Apprenticeship Levy, due to come into effect from April 2017, Awarding authority is seeking a sole apprenticeship provider that can deliver successful apprenticeships to new recruits and existing members of our workforce. The awarding authority are seeking to partner with an organisation to give national coverage across our office locations in England to provide support, training and assessments for apprenticeship roles. The awarding authority are seeking a provider from the Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers and one which can deliver apprenticeships adhering to apprenticeship standards.
