We would expect the auditor to fully audit all processes including on-site inspections, post work completion and work in progress assessments, which include full strip downs of services carried out.

The Thirteen Group has a housing stock in excess 28 000 properties with gas central heating.
The Group wishes to implement an independent third party gas auditor to ensure compliance with Landlord Duties and regulatory codes are met for both domestic and commercial properties. We would expect the auditor to fully audit all processes including on site inspections, post work completion and work in progress assessments, which include full strip downs of services carried out.
The contract will run for three years with options to extend for 2 further periods of 12 months each at the Group’s discretion upon satisfactory performance.
