The contract shall run for 3 years with the possibility of being extended for a further 2 years. It is an essential requirement that all staff engaged on this contract are vetted by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). All costs associated with DBS vetting will be met by the successful contractor. Non-vetted personnel will not be allowed on site. The successful contractor will be expected to have submitted the appropriate number of completed DBS forms prior to the start date of the contract.
All tender documents can be assessed from the My Tenders area of the Worcestershire County Council In-tend website and selecting the View Details button of this project. Expressions of interest will only be accepted until the 28.3.2017 and the deadline for submissions will be Wednesday 24.4.2017. There will be no extensions of time permitted for the return of tender. This contract is subject to the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (TUPE) Acquired Rights Directive. Please allow sufficient time to make your return as late returns will not be permitted. Contract Details: The contract will be between the Governing Body of Aston Fields Middle School and the supplier. Any questions relating to this tender can be made up to 16:00 on the 6.4.2017 via the Worcestershire County Council web-portal. The governing body reserve the right not to award the contract.
