4. Description: Applications are invited from Contractors, under the terms of the NEC3 Short Contract, who wish to be considered for inclusion on a Select List for the following project: Change of IT Room to Fitness/Dance studio at the specified location.
A shortlist of eligible applicants will be compiled (randomly generated if over six Applicants) and invited to submit bids for the project. The works will be for Building with Electrical and Mechanical Services over a period of 12 weeks and will commence no earlier than April/May 2017.
