Create New Simulator Hall for four Simulators & extension (approx. 150.00 m2). Building to remain in use during construction

Works include to knocking down of internal wall to create larger Simulator Hall to accommodate two additional Sims (provided & installed by others) with temporary partition in place to allow two existing Sims to remain in use. New Extension to accommodate Classroom, Instructors Office & Main Entrance to Building. Reconfiguration of existing Building to create second Secure Computer Room, Locker Room & Office Areas. Upgrade & New Electrical & Mechanical Services for existing Building & Extension. New Mechanical Black Out Curtains to Simulator Hall.

Works to be undertaken by one Main Contractor. Individual Tender Packages will not be issued for this Project.

The above Sub Contract opportunity is available under CarilionAmey?s (CA) contract with Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO). Prospective Companies interested in being considered to Tender this opportunity are invited to prequalify onto CA?s approved Supply Chain List, following which they may be invited to Tender for the above opportunity, depending upon their experience & suitability for the works. Please note that any Tender List for this opportunity will be selected from suitable applicants to this advert along with existing suppliers on CA?s existing approved Supply Chain List.
