Project ROSE focuses on the provision of infrastructure solutions to support the delivery of State Ceremonial and Public Duties within London by the Household Division. It is set within the context of the Better Defence Estate Strategy, which aims to support military capability by investing within a rationalised estate footprint and exploring revenue generation initiatives. DIO has completed an Enquiry by Design activity and developed a number of options and now wishes to engage with the widest possible Industry network to keep communication open. DIO aims to provide an update, an opportunity to test/challenge assumptions/constraints/potential solutions and a forum for Industry to suggest innovative alternatives.
