Paul Skinner, Chairman of Defence Equipment & Support, has announced the appointment of two new non-executive directors to the board.
Dr Ros Rivaz and Mr Iain Lanaghan joined the DE&S board on 1st January 2017 to provide support, advice and strategic direction to the organisation. The new directors will bring over 30 years of experience between them from a number of sectors, with FTSE 100 and 250 businesses featuring on their cv’s.
As well as sitting on the main board, Iain will be a member of the DE&S Audit Committee, with Ros sitting on the DE&S Remuneration Committee.
Paul Skinner said: “I welcome the arrival of Ros and Iain to the DE&S Board and the wealth of experience they bring. Their expertise and insight will be extremely valuable as our organisation continues to evolve and transform over the coming year.”
