II.1.4) Short Description: For the procurement of a national framework to supply, deliver and install furniture for Government Hub Programmes (inclusive of the Building our Future Locations Programme for HMRC). Furniture will include workstations, workstation chairs, storage, general sundries, conference furniture and collaboration / break-out furniture ? this list at this stage is not exhaustive. The requirement will cover provision of furniture, its implementation, aftercare, specialist user requirements and post implementation /business as usual. The value of the framework is currently estimated to be from #0 to #100m.

Read: We are grateful to all suppliers who attended on 12.09.2016 and provided feedback. Acting on the feedback received and further research undertaken, a decision has been taken to focus our approach on our immediate requirements and all learning from this will shape and sharpen the strategy and approach for the future Government Hub Programme. This therefore alters the scope, value and timeframe for this immediate requirement, which will be for a site in Croydon & a site in east London. Further details will be provided in the contract notice which is due to be issued on Friday 25th November 2016. There will also be a Tender Launch day in London on Monday morning 28th November 2016. To register your attendance at and receive location details for the Tender Launch Day please contact Maureen Mchale maureen.mchale@hmrc.gsi.gov.uk no later than 24th November 2016 with the following details; organisation name; your contact details; name, email address, telephone numbers, the names of up to two attendees from your organisation with their full contact details and role title. Further to the supplier day held on 12.9.2016, we wish suppliers to note that this PIN will not be superseded by the PIN 2016/S 184-330857 published on 23/09/2016 by Crown Commercial Services. Any future programme requirements, following on from this immediate requirement, are anticipated to be through the Crown Commercial Services new framework, any further information on such can be obtained from Crown Commercial Services.
