Property developer Rushbond has bought a four-storey building on the corner of Harper Street and New York Street in Leeds from Evans Property Group.Acting on behalf of property investor and developer Evans, Carter Towler and joint agent JLL sold New York House to the owner of Leeds’ The Majestic building.The 19,766 sq ft property currently has four retail units on the ground floor with 11,500 sq ft of office space on the three upper floors.
