Construction has started on a new science incubator and lab space in central Bristol, designed to support the city’s growing technology sector.Unit DX is being developed in partnership with university-led business incubator SETsquared with support from Invest Bristol and Bath (IBB).The facility, scheduled to open in 2017, will comprise 10,000 sq ft of laboratory space together with 5,000 sq ft of office facilities to support cutting edge technologies.Companies based at Unit DX will also have access to mentoring and business support, as well as links to investors and industry networks.
