The team behind Liverpool venues Leaf and Oh Me Oh My are planning to open a third site in the heart of the city’s commercial district.The new venture will be located at the front of Cotton House and will include a bar, restaurant and events space as well as a large outdoor seating area facing directly on to Old Hall Street.Bruntwood, which owns Cotton House, is already in the process of refurbishing and soundproofing the 6,616 sq ft former office space, which was previously home to recruitment firm Rullion, and the fit-out is expected to be complete in spring next year.The venue is expected to feature elements of the Leaf on Bold Street and Oh Me Oh My, based at West Africa House.
