Keepmoat has been selected by Leicester City Council for an £80m city centre project.An 18-acre brownfield site in Leicester’s Waterside area will be developed into a new neighbourhood of homes, shops and workplaces.Alongside 302 new city centre homes, Keepmoat will deliver 67,500 square feet of office space, a 5,000 square foot retail unit and a park area. Leicester City Council has already allocated £15m worth of capital funding to the scheme, with another £45m expected to be invested.
