Plans for the first phase of a £38m warehouse development in Lichfield have been approved.Under the proposals, which were given the nod by Lichfield County Council, three industrial units measuring 103,000 sq ft, 31,500 sq ft and 27,000 sq ft will be constructed at Liberty Park.Developers Stoford and Liberty Property Trust said the scheme would be completed within eight months.
