A survey is being carried out at the St David’s development site in Swansea to prepare the way for a planning application in 2017.Swansea Council appointed Rivington Land to manage the regeneration of the St David’s site this year.The company’s proposals include an indoor arena, a café and restaurant quarter, a state-of-the-art cinema and an extension of the city’s shopping circuit.The results of the survey will help the design team prepare an outline planning application which is set to be submitted in March 2017.
