Plans to open an adventure game room in Loughborough, which sees players locked in a room with the only way out being through solving puzzles, have been approved.Charnwood Borough Council has given Coalville based Jak Bottrill and business partner Tom Croft, permission to turn 58/59 Baxter Gate, Loughborough, above Plan Burritto, into a two-storey escape room challenge facility. It’s the second such venture to be given approval this year, with work currently underway to transform the former Loughborough Echo building in Swan Street into Escape Hour Ltd. Break Escape Ltd is set to feature four themed escape rooms in which players must use elements of the room to solve a series of puzzles within a set time limit.
