This will Include but not limited to the following works: grass, plants and trees, paths, roads, street furniture, car parks, cycle ways, flood relief works earthworks, walls, fencing and gates, new stores and cycle sheds, drainage, underground services, external lighting, playing fields and sports grounds, play areas, communal art, and the maintenance of any constructed/installed works during any relevant defects liability period.
