Plans have been lodged for a new family housing scheme in a village near Blackpool.NJL Consulting, under the instruction of Wainhomes (North West), has submitted a planning application to Fylde Borough Council for the Sunnydale Nurseries development (pictured) in Little Eccleston.It is envisaged that the 37 homes, of which 30 per cent will be affordable housing, would include a range of detached and semi-detached family properties on the outskirts of the village.
