This includes five penthouses on the taller block and seven penthouses on the shorter block. All of the homes would be for owner-occupation.In addition, there would be a swimming pool, a gym, a resident’s lounge, meeting rooms, a foyer, a basement car park with 166 spaces and a private landscaped terrace connecting the two blocks. Residents would be able to access the development from Chester Road.Details of the proposed redevelopment were first unveiled in August 2016.A planning statement in support of the OMI Architects-designed scheme has been prepared by Deloitte Real Estate.Manchester City Council has not yet set a date to consider the application.
