Plans have been submitted for a £15m retail park in Middleton, Leeds, to be anchored by Lidl and a B&M Homestore.Acting on behalf of Commercial Development Projects, planning consultancy DPP’s Leeds office has lodged an application for St George’s Retail Park, on the site of the former Benyon Centre.The decision on the new planning permission for St George’s Retail Park is expected in the new year, with construction due to start shortly afterwards.
