Short description of requirement: Fuels. Fuel oils. Gas oils. The Authority is conducting a RFI exercise to obtain information from suppliers or independent experts to inform its development of a procurement strategy to meet the requirement to supply commercial marine fuels (Marine Gas Oil (MGO) and Intermediate Fuel Oil 380 (IFO380)) to UK Ministry of Defence (MOD) strategic Roll-on Roll-off (Ro-Ro) vessels re-fuelling at Marchwood Sea Mounting Centre, Solent Anchorages and the Port of Southampton.

The Authority is requesting information relating to your company and your products and / or services that is relevant to meeting the MOD’s requirement detailed above. This RFI is not a bidding opportunity but a means by which Industry can provide information to the Authority in respect of the requirement to supply commercial marine fuels to UK MOD strategic Roll-on Roll-off vessels re-fuelling at Marchwood Sea Mounting Centre, Solent Anchorages and the Port of Southampton. Participation in this RFI is not a pre-qualification for procurement, nor a prerequisite to participation in any subsequent contract action. Any resulting procurement activity will be conducted competitively.
