Sterling Property Ventures has won planning permission for its first student housing development, acting for Globus Holdings Ltd.The 81 bed scheme at Heavitree Road, Exeter, will be delivered by Sterling Globus Ltd, a joint venture partnership between Sterling and UK based investor Globus Holdings.The development will see the conversion of a former Heavitree Hospital building, which has been vacant for several years following the relocation of the Occupational Health Department. The rear of the property, originally built in 1913 as a children’s home will be demolished to make way for a new extension.
