EotN is a company owned & controlled by Cheshire East Council (CEC)&keen to set up a number of procurement related National Framework Agreements covering various work areas, open for all public sector bodies to use as well as EotN. CEC on behalf of EotN is assisting with procurement of a commercial partner in the form of this tender; a concession contract for provision of a framework delivery provider (‘the provider’),that will supply development procurement marketing and contract management services to EotN in delivering Frameworks. The contract term is 3+1+1 &value is up to an est. 5 000 000 GBP generated via the framework. Contract value threshold between 2 000 000 GBP – 5 000 000 GBP due to the nature of concession contract and rebate agreement described the value is potentially open ended based on input of successful tenderer throughout contract term and the builds and rebate shown in tender documents but no guarantee as to achievement of these values can be given by the authority.
