The Contract will cater for the maintenance of the CCTV estate and all associated equipment, software, components and all other associated assets and will constitute the majority of the Contract in terms of activity and value. It will also cater for the repair and replacement of parts and equipment and will cover labour charges for failed items covered by warranty or guarantee and parts/equipment costs plus labour charges for items out of warranty/guarantee.
