4. Description: The Awarding Authority is looking to appoint a provider to develop and deliver Cross Sector Mentors to our Client, the Ministry of Defence.
The requirement is to provide 1:1 mentoring to the Client’s talent cohort with a senior leader from a different organisation/industry to gain valuable insights into successful and alternative leadership styles and/or specific business challenges. This is a two year contract with an option to extend by a further 12 months.
