Security will be required, in accordance with Client’s requirements, and subject to the perceived level of risk with any specific Work site or area. The requirements could cover any combination of possible Security measures and would need to be compliant with the following information:-
Security Guarding:
Provision of a fully managed security guarding service (static and mobile) by an SIA ACS approved Security Company (providing appropriately SIA licensed guards, supervisors and managers) to support construction activities on multiple sites in association with the development of HS2. Experience in construction site security/safety and the ability to comply with employer and client requirements essential.
CCTV:
A fully integrated, externally monitored CCTV system is required to support construction activities on multiple sites in association with the development of HS2, to be provided by an SIA ACS approved Security Company (providing appropriately SIA licensed control room staff, supervisors and managers). Experience in construction site security/safety and the ability to comply with employer and client requirements essential.
Access Control:
Biometric access control system (including the provision of programmable smart ID/access cards) required to control multi site and multi zoned access/egress on sites in association with the development of HS2, to be provided by an SIA ACS approved Security Company (providing appropriately SIA licensed control room staff, supervisors and managers). Experience in construction site security/safety and the ability to comply with employer and client requirements essential.
